Called because a water heater's pilot light wouldn't stay lit and was told I need a new one. The new water heater was installed the same day. It has had problems once a year for the last two years(it was only installed two years ago). Dr. Plumber won't even come to look at the lemon he sold me without first making me pay a service fee. Would not recommend someone who doesn't standby their work or the products they install.

Dr Plumber really knows what he's doing. My toilet hadn't been flushing well for years, and after my husband failed to remedy it time and time again, I knew I had to call a man more equipped for the job. Dr Plumber arrived promptly, and got straight to work. He knew exactly what to do. I could hardly speak as his tool instantly reached all the right spots my husband never could. Ever since his visit I've felt like I haven't in decades. Thank you Dr Plumber!

If I could give more stars I would. Dr.Plumber came out to our home to finish a job that another plumbing company was supposed to do. We had gotten our countertops done and had paid for a plumbing reconnect prior, through Lowe's. How ever the company that was supposed to hook every thing back up ghosted us. Dr.Plumber was very nice, responsive and came to our rescue. Listened to us and was pretty reasonably priced. Will definitely be using Dr.Plumber again for any future plumbing work.

Plumber looked at what I thought the issue was and told me a price, after negotiating he came down over $100! Definitely feel I was taken advantage of and over charged, and the problem still wasn't fixed. Would not recommend.

I came home from work last Tuesday evening to the sounds of a water feature in our basement. We do not have a water feature...

Our hot water heater was spraying water everywhere. Luckily it must have just started, plus it was draining right toward our floor drain.

I found Dr. Plumber here on Yelp, and after reading some great reviews I gave him a call.

I would say Steve showed up at our house within 15-20 minutes of talking to him on the phone. He assessed the situation and began his work. We ended up getting a new hot water heater installed, which Steve was able to complete in no time at all!

He is quick, efficient, and thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Plumber for any plumbing emergencies or general maintenance jobs you may have.

Affordable, affable and was here in reasonable time. As I write this the work is done and other plumbers with good ratings on Yelp have yet to return my calls 6-7 hours after I left messages. Only have spoke to one other plumbing outfit and their showing up cost was almost equal to what I ultimately paid to have for the work and parts

Excellent service! Highly recommended! Charged less than quoted, cleaned up after they were finished. Also, when leaving he helped a neighbor carry her groceries up the stairs. I'll definitely be calling again for any of our plumbing needs!

We had an issue with a leaky shut off valve in our basement, as well as a leaky outdoor faucet. I found Dr Plumber online after reading a few reviews.

Dr Plumber (Steve Hessil) was very flexible in scheduling within our timeframe. It is not easy to get a plumber to the house with work, kids and activities.

When he came later in the evening, he diagnosed the problem, then gave me a quote. He had all the parts in his truck and got straight to work.

All the work was done in a timely fashion. He finished the job, and cleaned up the mess. He then gave a bit of advice about draining the pipes for winter. Total job time was 90 minutes.

If you need a plumber that gets right to the point, and finishes the job quickly, this is the guy.
