We called Dr Plumber when the Lowes installers couldn't figure out how to disconnect a gas line from the gas pipe to our dryer without breaking the pipe. Even though they were booked solid they were kind enough to come out and rescue the situation. When Steve arrived, he was able to quickly identify the problem and get it repaired in record time. Steve is an excellent plumber with great customer service skills. He even hooked the dryer up because he knew we needed it ASAP. I can not recommend Dr Plumber highly enough. If you need a plumber, this is definitely the company to call.

Dr. Plumber will now be my go to plumber! I filled out the online contact form, indicated I didn't need an estimate and to just schedule. I needed a new back flow stopper in my basement floor drain and some minor adjustments to two faucets. Steve called the next business day and scheduled me for the next day, in the morning as I had asked. Steve arrived right on time and got the jobs done quickly and for a great price. I have a neighbor in my condo complex who I know needed a drain cleaned out, so I called her while Steve was her. She came over and hired him on the spot. He went to her condo after he was done with my repairs and didn't charge her a second trip charge! She paid a lot less than the quote she had been given by a handyman. Call Mr. Plumber, you won't be disappointed!

Dr Plumber is a worker and will not quit until he has either fixed the problem or figured out who to call next--my basement flooded thru my palmer valve due to a plugged main drain from the house out into the street--thank you for your efforts, thank you for the reasonable charges to alleviate this problem

I used the website Wednesday morning to put in a request for a service call for my water heater. I received a call from Steve later the same morning and we scheduled a time for him to come the following day.

He gave me a call when he was coming over, evaluated the water heater and we discussed it should be replaced. He removed my old water heater and installed a new one in a couple of hours! His prices were fair and he was very professional and helpful answering my questions. I'll tell my neighbors if they need a plumber to call Steve.

We called Dr Plumber for an impossible to clear clog in the kitchen drain. Steve was here within the hour and worked diligently. Cost was extremely reasonable considering he was here quicker than anyone would expect from a plumber. Thank you soooooo much and we will definitely use Dr Plumber for our plumbing needs in the future!

Called because a water heater's pilot light wouldn't stay lit and was told I need a new one. The new water heater was installed the same day. It has had problems once a year for the last two years(it was only installed two years ago). Dr. Plumber won't even come to look at the lemon he sold me without first making me pay a service fee. Would not recommend someone who doesn't standby their work or the products they install.

Dr Plumber really knows what he's doing. My toilet hadn't been flushing well for years, and after my husband failed to remedy it time and time again, I knew I had to call a man more equipped for the job. Dr Plumber arrived promptly, and got straight to work. He knew exactly what to do. I could hardly speak as his tool instantly reached all the right spots my husband never could. If I could give more stars I would. Dr.Plumber came out to our home to finish a job that another plumbing company was supposed to do. We had gotten our countertops done and had paid for a plumbing reconnect prior, through Lowe's. How ever the company that was supposed to hook every thing back up ghosted us. Dr.Plumber was very nice, responsive and came to our rescue. Listened to us and was pretty reasonably priced. Will definitely be using Dr.Plumber again for any future plumbing work.

Plumber looked at what I thought the issue was and told me a price, after negotiating he came down over $100! Definitely feel I was taken advantage of and over charged, and the problem still wasn't fixed. Would not recommend.
