We needed a new disposal, faucets fixed and new hot water recirculater installed and Dr Plumber once again came to our rescue. They installed a hot water heater for us last year also. They are very nice, clean and reasonable. During this COVID-19 stay at home order we were a little concerned but They wore masks, gloves, stayed away from us and cleaned all surfaces they touched!
As always....great service at a great price!

Purchased a dishwasher from Lowes and was advised that Dr. Plumber would be installing. They called on the promised day and Melissa was very helpful in scheduling and providing all information. Rick arrived on time (he actually called to see if he could come 1/2 earlier). It was quite obvious that he had full knowledge of the unit, accessories required and the particulars of the installation. He took extra care to ensure that the washer was leveled and securely fixed to the cabinet, and cleaned the stainless steel where it had been touched during the process. The installation took about 1 1/2 hours and he also took the old dishwasher away. A total "no-anxiety" experience.

I feel as if I was bait and switched. I prepaid for a toilet installation with Lowe's. Dr. Plumber showed up on behalf of Lowe's and pulled the toilet and told me the toilet flange needed replacing ( uh ya, it's an original rollover and was this not a toilet installation?!) and then he tells me that I have to pay them an additional 185.00 please. I asked if I could go to Lowe's and get the toilet flange and was told no, that he could not wait. It turns out that the plumber did not have the part either so ended up going to LOWES himself to buy the 30 dollar part. I paid as much for him to install the toilet flange as I was charged for the entire original installation. I feel ripped off by Lowe's and Dr. Plumber.

I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's and was told Doctor Plumber would contact me to install dishwasher within a couple of days. After 5 days I called doctor plumber to check what was going on with my installation. I was told they would call the day before to schedule a 3 hour window the day of installation. When they called the day before I told them I didn't get off of work until 2pm and they stated that they couldn't give that time window and if I wanted a 2-5pm window I would have to wait another week for installation. Most people work until 4-5pm m-f so I didn't see coming after 2pm to be a unreasonable time request . I ended up having to use a half day of vacation time to accommodate their schedule or wait an additional week for installation , if I had chose to wait the additional week for my needed time slot that would have made almost three weeks since purchase. The actual installation went well and done professionally. If doctor plumber is so busy they can't accommodate basic requirements of customers scheduling maybe they need to give up their Lowe's installation business.

We had David as our service guy from Lowes to install a sink/faucet and disposal. When he removed the old sink, we could tell the deeper, more squared off sink was going to be a problem to install. The front edges came dangerously close to the drawer installed to the right of the sink. He asked us if it were ok to lose the draw (keep just the drawer front glued to the face of the cabinet). We knew it was within 1/16" clearance and that we likely would lose the drawer. We gave David the go ahead and he removed the drawer to cut the opening he needed. He managed to install the sink and save the drawer. He also put the disposal in such a location that even though it was larger than the old one, it took up less space. He cared about this job as if it were being done in his own house. We paid $200 to Lowes for the installation and had to pay another $160 to have the counter top cut by David, but we are extremely pleased with his work. We would call Dr. Plumber directly for any plumbing needs. We are not from the area, but if I were having any installation job involving a plumber, I would NOT make the purchase from them before checking the price directly with Dr. Plumber. We would also ask for David. He was that professional and did such a great job. I am VERY fussy about contractor's work and was exceptionally pleased.

Completely rude, unprofessional and they do not stand behind their work.

I WOULD NOT hire Dr Plumber. I purchased appliances for an investment property from Lowes and unfortunately the only installer they use is Dr Plumber. Lowes did pay the installation fees after I was mistakenly told by the Lowes appliance sales person that they would install them when they were delivered. When Lowes called to confirm delivery they informed me that they were just delivering the appliances and I would have to pay approximately $500 for the appliances to be installed. After speaking to the Lowes store manager and explaining to him that I had been told that they would be installed and there was never any mention of $500 for installation fees they agreed to pay for the installion. I then had to wait 2 weeks for installation because that was Dr plumbers first available appointment. During this time it was very difficult to get in touch with Dr Plumber to confirm the installation date and time. They never answer the phone and don't return calls in a timely manner

When Dr Plumber showed up to install the appliances the plumber who said he was to owner of Dr. plumber was pretty rude and not customer friendly at all. He said he could not install the dishwasher because the disposal was not installed yet. I then paid him myself to install the disposal so he could install and test the dishwasher. He installed the disposal and some new pieces for the drain line p-trap. He did tell me that it wasn't the ideal way to plumb the p-trap in but it would work. He stated that it could be changed to have more room in the cabinet below the sink and that over time with that configuration it could possibly clog easier but it would be fine for now and he did not have the parts to do it the right way so it would have to do now.

After installing the dishwasher he turned it on for a minute or so and canceled it so it would drain and then he left. A few days later I went back to the vacant property and there was water below the p-trap inside the cabinet. I called Dr Plumber who once again did not answer the phone. They called back awhile later and I figured they would stand behind their work and come out to fix it but instead the woman in the office immediately started denying responsibility for the leak and implying that it was my fault it as leaking. No water had been run in the entire house since Dr Plumber left. After having it out with her the owner who did the install called me with more of the same and proceeded to call me a liar, made all kinds of accusations towards me and went as far as to accuse me of changing the plumbing since he had been there (why would I change the plumbing and then call him wanting to fix the leak when he could obviously see that the plumbing had been changed if I had done that. Didn't make any sense to me) He was very rude and quit disgusting with his tone toward a customer who paid him to do a job.

Bottom line is Dr Plumber does not stand behind their work, they are very rude, not customer friendly and I was absolutely appalled by the way I was treated by them. I just wanted him to fix the leak on the stuff he installed and they flat out refused to come out and do it. I would not recommend Dr Plumber and if Lowes tells you they are the only ones that can install your appliances, I would buy your appliances somewhere else.. DR Plumber gets zero stars and middle finger from me.
