Sam with Dr Plumber is hands down the best plumber I have ever used, to have work done on my home. He had to replace all the water lines in my home, after I purchased it in May of 2023. Sam needed one week to complete the job and he did exactly that. He cleaned up after himself every night , leaving the home debris free, after cutting holes in the dry wall to replace the lines. He and his staff kept me informed the entire time, from getting the permit, to completing the job, to when to expect the county plumbing inspector. The Palm Beach County Plumbing Inspector even commented how impressed he was, with the professional the job that Sam did. Sam and Dr. Plumber came to me highly recommended and he did not disappoint. I highly recommend Sam and Dr Plumber to anyone needing a true professional, to have plumbing work done on their home.

After having 2 leaks in my home last year, I decided to get rid of the polybutylene piping. I feared it would be a messy, and highly expensive ordeal but I didn't want to live in fear of coming home to another leak. So, I began the search. A large plumbing company gave me a quote of $15,000 for the re-piping and told me I didn't need a permit! What?? I don't think so. Most definitely you do. I would want an inspection! Also, I would have to hire someone to replace the drywall adding on to the 15K. I kept looking and then I found Dr. Plumber. Adriana, the office manager was able to give me a ball park estimate of $9,000 after seeing pics of my townhouse online since I recently moved in 3 years ago. Dr. Plumber came to inspect and my price for re-piping and re-installing the drywall with permits was under $10,000. It took 4 days for the re-piping and 4 days for the drywall to be reinstalled, mudded and sanded. Dr. Plumber (Sam) is an expert in poly -b replacement. He has done thousands of replumbs since the class action lawsuit years ago. I was fearful the drywall reinstall wouldn't be perfect but I can't even tell where the holes were, it is perfect. Walter is a drywall master! If you are in need of plumbing re-piping, your best choice in South Florida is Dr. Plumber in Delray Beach. I am one happy customer! They are a A+.
