Mr Dickson Lim and colleague came less than 24hr notice to unclog a bathroom sink in my house. I want to say we have used them before at my parent's house and must say he did a great job. In addition to handing today's job, I want add he was very professional and did great job unclogging my sink and clean up right after. Also, he didn't price gouge on price and was very reasonable on the total job. He offer to replace old corroded pipes I had and just added a little cost to my existing job. While they were working on the sink , we asked them to also look at a toilet that was leaking, and they fixed that before they left as well. As someone who manages many properties , these are the best group of plumbers I have worked with in my years. We had a water burst that took place under the house so lots of digging new line was needed. Dickson and his crew are straight forward , honest and suggest the most cost efficient method to legally get everything solved. I had a small leak in my shower, which ""Dr"" Drain charged me to fix. The leak was not fixed, so I called him back. Instead of trying to fix it again, he had his assistant shoot water through the tub overflow, making it look like we suddenly had a major leak and he said we needed $2,000 worth of work. I called him out for this attempted fraud and he then said ""Oh, I just need to screw in your shower head tighter."" This man is NOT trustworthy and does poor work.

Dr. Drain has helped us with a backed up shower, toilet, ect... They snaked it all the way to the public sewer. It was instantly fixed, but the best part of all is how ""CLEAN"" and ""RESPECTFUL"" they were to our home. No mess, they kindly took their shoes off, repairs where perfect, and just overall friendly. I truly value their workmanship.
