I used Dr.Drain last year when my bathroom flooded due to sewer blockage. Bob came out and repaired the pipes. He guaranteed 10yr blockage free well as of yesterday we are back blocked and call for the service. No show, waiting and waiting for help again and no help from them. They are the worst and will never use them again. DONT USED THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE. WORST COMPANY AND DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD.. don't call them run far away trust me you will regret it

My husband and I had work done in our basement in 2011 because the water in our shower was not draining properly. Bob told us that we had ""sewage issues"". During this time, one of his workers stole my husbands video game controller. He was very unprofessional and a slickster. He constantly blamed his workers for his short comings. He even fired this one poor guy because he would not cosign his bull. After they finished the work, we had a company to come and lay tile and paint. After everything was completed, we saw that the water in the drain still did not drain properly in the shower. When we told him this, he blamed the people who laid the tile and refused to rectify the problem. Please, do not use this company!

This is the worse repair experience I ever had. Called Bob for a busted filter and a cracked waste line at the end of June paid him in full for the jobs but he has yet to finish anything he started and it now the end of August. He keeps giving me times and dates that hes gonna come and finish everything but never shows ups. And he refuses to take responsibility for the work not being done by blaming his employees. He has even ignored my calls to try and rectify the situation. Will never refer him to anyone and if you use him only give him the bare min for him to start the job. Hes is crooked and a liar. Trust him at your on risk cause hes a slick talker. Will be going to court on this one. Is it because I'm black hmmmmm! !!!!I didn't want to give him a star but had to in order to post my review!!!!!
