We recently had our kitchen faucet replaced. My wife called Dave from DPS plumbing and he responded immediately. He listened to what my wife wanted. He came on time and had picked out the faucet that we had described. He installed it in a timely manner and was extremely professional overall. When I came home to a flooded bathroom and kitchen tonight, Dave was super quick to respond. He was at my house in less than an hour (at 7:30 on a Saturday night), and he was great! Super, super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had been worried the toilet and shower would be out of commission tonight, but Dave had everything fixed and even cleaned up in 20 minutes. So glad I'll know exactly who to call next time!

At least a half dozen more times, DPS has come through on some home and work disasters (last minute and often after-hour jobs). Quality work, done the right way the first time, and just professional and nice about getting the calls. Also- Dave does run gas pipes for propane in addition to typical water-related plumbing. He is simply the best and most responsive around.

These guys are fantastic. A termite inspector discovered that my hot water heater was in dire need of replacement, and a possible safety issue. DPS came right out, inspected it, and replaced it the following morning. They are prompt, efficient, and great to work with. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

We've used Dave multiple times in the past few months and he is always quick, efficient, reasonable and most importantly extremely kind!! He truly is the nicest guy! He just came by to look at my dishwasher that isn't draining within 30 minutes of me calling. My testimony:
I was in desperate need of a plumber on a Monday night. At 4:30pm my kitchen sink clogged and then water backed up. I tried plunging, but more water backed up though the drain. I was really worried it would continue to do so and actually overflow. Well, I spent about half an hour calling local business and leaving messages. No one was open. Dave got back to me and told me he could come by within the hour. In the meantime, a second company actually got back to me. When I asked about they after hour rate, they quoted over double what Dave quoted (and charged me) for the first hour. Naturally, I told them I wasn't interested and looked forward to hiring Dave. He showed up as promised around 6pm (I didn't call him until after 5pm), checked my clog, retrieved the appropriate tool from his truck (a power snake), and cleared my drain in about 10 minutes with virtually no mess.

It turned out that living in a condo means I share a drain with other units and my upstairs neighbor's water was backing up my sink when I wasn't running water. There was a clog somewhere further down our shared line, which Dave easily removed. I've had to hire a plumber once per year since moving to my condo and now I know why! It wasn't necessarily me causing the clogs. so nice to finally learn that. Dave also answered the 100 "why" questions my toddler had. :-)

I only wish I had learned of DPS the first time I had a clog. He's reasonably priced and deserves the business.
