I had a gas valve leak and called David from DP Plumbing. He showed up when he said he would and described exactly what needed to be done. He gave me a fair Estimate and put it in writing. I got 2 other estimates that were much higher. He repaired the gas valve the next day and gave me the same price as the Estimate, even though the parts were more expensive than he thought. I'm not going to put the whole story on Yelp. All I have to say is shame on you for leaving a potential customer hanging. All you had to do was COMMUNICATE and say you can't service me. But instead u don't call and don't show Twice! I was being GRACEFUL and giving u a second chance. I had to call you to find out whether U were going to show up or not. I wouldn't even give u a star but it's required to post this.

Called in for water heater replacement. David showed and gave an estimate. So far so good. However on the very first appointment scheduled at 2pm on a Friday, no one showed. I called later that evening but no one answered and I left a message demanding why no one showed. I called two more times and there was no one available and no one returned my call. A simple apology that they can't make it or some thing came up would restore the trust. But no, there is no response. There is no courtesy, no professionalism and no reliability.

This was my first time using DP Plumbing but it will definitely not be my last! I contacted them to get a quote to clear a clogged laundry drain that was flooding my laundry room. Quick response time, competitive pricing, EXCELLENT service, knowledgeable, and even provided tips to help keep the drains clear. I also had drain issue in my kitchen sink that was annoying but manageable. I was talking to the technician about it and he was able to fix this as well. There was never any pressure or up-sale. An honest company with high standards and EXCELLENT service.

Had to find a plumber to fix leaking shower valve late 6pm, the guy show up 15 mins later and started working on it immediately. Very professional, polite, wear a face mask, and got the job done in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Charges fair price, with great patient, check and double check and recheck again to make sure water not leaking or dripping anymore. Highly recommended!!! I will definitely use DP Plumbing service again in the future if needed.

The next day, have 2 good manner experienced professional plumbers come to solve the problem. Within an hour, all things are done. And the most concerns to everyone, the service price is just like the quote and even cheaper. Unlike some other business we used before, upcharge after service. Highly recommend this one.
