I recently had a emergency plumbing issue at my house in July that could have potentially caused catastrophic damage, I had to turn the water off to the entire property. No water with a house full of kids and a angry wife is never good. I called Pete and he came out immediately, found the problem and went to work, resolving my issue and making sure I wouldn't have any future issues. Make D&P your only phone call for plumbing, don't waste time anywhere else.

Dean, co-owner of D&P leak detection came to my home last week to check on a leak in the bathroom and to my dismay, experienced an obnoxious, loud, brash, rude individual. He might be having personal issues or problems but PLEASE, do not display foul behavior at my home by bad mouthing the remediation company that performed moisture testing at my home prior to his arrival.

thought he was going to be great. Brought his son as his apprentice. I appreciated that.
HOWEVER, the conclusion of his report showed great lack of professionalism and Presumption.
he not only failed to document the facts and details of the house (was 10months old he wrote: ""wear & tear""
-he did a Mop test and it passed and still assumed it was a faulty mop.
ASSUMED the original contractor (10months ago) did only 1 coat when it was never stated and based that info as his deduction of the problem
-was shown another plumber's evaluation, TWO contractor evaluations and he still wouldn't respond nor retract.
-was discovered a gauge he used was faulty (he borrowed from Servpro stating theirs is better than his...although he's supposed to be a leak detector and SHould have a premium moisture gauge) and I messaged him to let him know.... no response
-Mercury insurance company Supervisor even sent me a statement that his report is contradictory and will not be considered.
-I called, left VM, emailed, texted Numerous times=He has GHOSTED.
ergo. I'm complaining here, BBB, and will take to licensing. I gave him almost a MONTH to retract the report and respond.
