Hello there. I'm writing on here to explain my situation. I called y'all a month ago and was on the schedule for y'all to come out. No one ever showed up. I took time off from work to be home and no one showed up. When I called, I was told that the person ran into trouble in the morning and would be late. No one ever showed up. Now I've been calling once a week and very politely asking when someone can come out as promised. All I'm told is that people without heat come first. Again, I understand, but I took time off from work, was on your schedule, and no one showed up. That isn't right. I've also been waiting a month before trying to go to someone else, and still, I can't even get the decency or courtesy I've been showing y'all.

I have been using Bartletts for years to help me keep the water flowing and the house dry at my camp in Montague. They have done it all here including fixing leaks, installing a toilet, winterizing, opening the camp up, installing a submersible pump, and also installing a holding tank.
