Company Overview

We are a comprehensive plumbing service provider. We handle all aspects of residential plumbing, excluding HVAC, well systems, and septic systems.

We operate in the manner of a classic plumbing company. We prioritize fixing issues before considering replacements. Many large companies focus on installation training for their technicians, neglecting the critical skill of diagnosing problems. A technician who can diagnose can spot problems ahead of time, rather than after an installation attempt that fails to meet expectations.

At Doyle's Plumbing, we understand that your residence is your refuge, and inviting someone into your space is a significant decision. You deserve to feel at ease with anyone in your home. To ensure our customers feel secure, all staff members at Doyle's Plumbing are subjected to background screenings and drug tests. This is done to protect both our customers and ourselves.

I used Doyle's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for the first time during November 2022. My hot water heater needed to be replaced and Doyle's replaced it at a reasonable cost and did a FANTASTIC job. It was need and looks great. They suggested an expansion tank that the others did not suggest -- this was reasonable and it will save me problems down the line. Overall, their quote was less than my previous ""long-time"" plumber. I will definitely be calling Doyle's again! Thank you! Chris

We had a plumbing issue that was covered by a home warranty. This company calls me, asks me to describe the problem, and then tells me our system needs replacement and the new until will be ordered. From that point on, I would text asking for a status update with no reply. Finally when they did reply days later, I get a message how it's the warranty company's fault, how they want to get the cheapest replacement. Weeks go by, I still text asking for status updates, still get ignored. Then I get a response by the company with an attached photo of some huge plumbing job and then telling me this is why he hasn't been over yet to work on my problem, this other job he has. And that's supposed to make me feel better???? I call the warranty company seeking some assistance and when I told them how this ""service"" unfolded, I told them about the initial phone call. There was a bit of silence and finally the warranty company rep asked me ""you mean he never came out to your house to see what the problem was?"". I told them no, and they got very upset explaining to me that this was NOT the normal procedure. The warranty company refunded my ""service fee"" of $110, and then sent me a check for the replacement cost after I told them I'd feel more comfortable going through someone I have worked with before and feel confident they'll do a good job. So - your experiences may vary, but I would NEVER EVER let this company even try to do any work at my house (and I already instructed the warranty company that if I do have a plumbing failure in the future, they are NOT to assign Doyle's Plumbing to be the repair contractor.

Doyle's chose my job from Choice Home Warranty. He had an appointment scheduled and did not show. When I called him he said he misread the appointment thinking it was for the following day. I told him over the phone what was wrong with my tub faucet and furnished him with the part numbers needed. He stated that since He had the part numbers there was no need for him to come to the house. He said he would order the parts and set up an appointment to make the repair. He also said that he was not going to do any more work for Choice Home Warranty and I would be his last job. I called him approximately a week later for a follow up and left a voicemail which was not answered. After several follow up calls he finally answered and said he had the ""guy in the office"" order the parts. This was the last I heard from Doyle's. He just left me hanging. I would never recommend this company. Totally unprofessional. Gave them one star because I did not see a no star or negative star rating. I called Choice Home Warranty and the job was re-assigned.

If you are looking for a reliable plumbing company that will work with you until the job is completed, then I would suggest this one. I called them and explained problem that i was having (water leaking through my dining room ceiling) and they sent someone over that day to help me. They found the leak and fixed the problem. The tech was very respectful and very helpful. They followed the proper safety protocol and asked before they did any work or even touched a thing. With the current issues at hand not having to worry about something as small as wearing a mask was greatly appreciated. The tech also maintained a safe distance and cleaned up before he left. I felt very comfortable having Doyle's do the repair for me and I wanted to just say thanks for the great service. Especially today when someone goes out of their way to be nice to you will remember. The work was completed, and the price was fair. I really hope this review help's you the way the others I read helped me. I checked their reviews before I had the work done and now, I am glad to add mine to the list. Thanks

Have used them for years. Totally responsive and reliable. If Joe says he's going to call or be there, he calls or shows up on time. Service is always respectful, professional, and repairs are done quickly, expertly, and always reasonably priced. Unclogged our kitchen sink in 10 minutes and didn't charge us! Wears mask and is respectful of social distancing. Highly recommend Doyles's for all your plumbing needs.

I've had a number of plumbing issues over the last year due to aging pipes, and day to day home owner issues. But they made my problems become less, and less. They have a very responsive customer service, and while my schedule doesn't always match up with them due to working nights they don't mind me contacting late at night. I honestly feel at ease going through this company through my multiple experiences with them. Even through Covid they were very professional.

Doyle's was very responsive, communicated very well, very quickly, and made the repairs first time through. I've had a number of plumbing issues over the last year due to aging pipes and fixtures. Doyle's has repaired cracked pipe sections, leaking faucets and toilets, repaired and rebuilt fixtures, and unclogged poorly set up waste lines. I've kept going back because the service is stellar and the repairs are permanent. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars is more than justified. The owner loves English Bulldogs too, which is icing on the cake!

They installed a water heater and did additional plumbing work in the bathrooms. One of the best plumbers I have ever used. They are resonanbly priced, very responsive and have always followed up to make sure everything is ok. 5 stars!!

Totally a BIG JOKE. No service whatsoever.
Doyle's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning... the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever had to deal with. Came to the house to check on issue, spent a max of five minutes to take a peek beneath sink and then Joe, the plumber, says he was ""going to see if he had anything that would fit. Drove off in his truck and never came back. Reached out to follow up through their ""home office number"" for an ETA on the return of the plumber but only got voicemail. Sent them a text as they had previously done so for appointment set up,
no response...and it is now the next day since.

""100% INCOMPETENCE"" should be his motto. I had toilet handles checked and one shower snaked. They augered my master bath toilet and left it with scratches and a stain. Owner finally fixed it (after I left a Yelp review). I later gave the owner a second chance. He ""fixed"" my leaking tub, then AFTER I had my ceiling below fixed and repainted to the tune of $1,000, the tub LEAKED AGAIN. DOYLE made excuses for his SHODDY WORK for the 2nd time and now I am out the $135 I paid him AND another $550 for the contractor to FIX my tub AND fix my ceiling AGAIN, and repaint it AGAIN! I would NEVER HIRE JOE DOYLE. ""100% Incompetence"" should be his motto. (Photo of the hole in my ceiling caused by water damage - AFTER Joe said he fixed the leak and it was repaired and leaked AGAIN.) ""100% Incompetence"" should be his motto
