I've known Joe for over 35 years. Our kids grew up together, etc. During that time he was the only plumber at my home. He installed two new boilers, a few water heaters and more. All done perfectly. Nothing left undone. Very professional at all times.

In 2020 we built a new home but only did so because Joe agreed to plumb it. It's a big place: 2 structures with about 6500 sq ft heated and cooled. 9 radiant heat zones and several mini-split a/c units, all installed by Joe and Todd. I ""program managed"" the construction myself and watched all the trades. I knew the plumbing would be complicated but it was well planned out and executed. Everything works magnificently. The ""mechanical"" room where it all comes together is my favorite place because all it all come together there. Visitors are always impressed with the perfect-looking piping. Hell, I even polish the pipes (sometimes)! Even the town inspector whistled when he saw the work.

Is there a negative? Yes! It sometimes takes Joe forever to send his bill.

ps: That review from Andover is not Joe. For one thing I KNOW for a fact he doesn't go to Andover.

Joe has worked at my home with plumbing requests and problems for many years. He work is good, but he is a little inaccessible for scheduling. He has a dry personality which could be off-putting or interpreted as rude. But, he demonstrates expertise in products and practices and hasn't shown any shortcutting as I've seen with other tradesmen. For repair or plumbing/heating installations I've always been happy with the outcome of his work (once I was able to schedule him). I'm depending on him now as I write this review. He's been able to repair and extend the life of my Triangle Tube Prestige boiler so I'm grateful for that. If you're looking for personality, Joe's not the guy. But he certainly demonstrates master plumbing skills.

The worst experience with a tradesman ever. Unorganized and ineffective. Requested a hearing zone circulator pump zone replacement. After $1,400 the zone never worked and no efforts to fix the problem. Avoid this plumber at all costs.
