We would also highly recommend! Not only did they fix our plumbing problem, they were very knowledgeable and even informed us on what to do if it happens again! After being over charged on a toilet was told I had to send pictures for him to come to my home to fix my sink after 3 pictures and a dozen text back and forth he requests more pictures and says it'll cost me too much for him to show up for a real quote cannot say enough bad about how I the customer was treated go anywhere else but to this guy

I called Rob to request an estimate for a plumbing job. He came out to my property and stayed for about 10 minutes and told me that he would send me an estimate. I never got an estimate, but I did get a bill for $275.00 claiming that he was charging me for ""investigating the problem and providing me the information to fix it myself"". I hired a competent plumbing company to do the job. I will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

Called Rob to help out with a clogged drain as it was backing up into bathtub. Appointment was scheduled right away and he came out next day. Bit did he have his work cut out for him. He managed to get the stubborn clog out and even gave tips on how to prevent. Price given was also very good especially since it was a stubborn clog. I highly recommend calling and having Rob come out for any plumbing needs.

I recently contacted Downunder Plumbing after my garbage disposal had stopped working. When I called the company, the owner, Aussie Rob, texted me back immediately. It was refreshing to deal with an actual plumber who knew what he was talking about rather than a clueless receptionist. Rob quoted me a great price for a stainless steel garbage disposal. When I asked about availability, he told me he could come over the same afternoon. Rob showed up early for the appointment with his assistant, Brian. Rob and Brian installed the garbage disposal in record time. It works great. I am extremely pleased with Downunder Plumbing!
