I just moved into an older building and my water pressure was abysmal! Landlord told me that Downtown plumbing had installed the shower some time ago, so I gave them a call. After explaining my issue, Dominic came himself to check it out and was able to install a new head for me at no charge. So pleased with the customer service. Would highly recommend Downtown Plumbing!

I would not recommend them. They came three times to fix a pipe and then a clog in the line. One week later the line is still clogged and water is all over the floor. I called them to come back. They did not respond.

Would never use them again. They charge a lot for their services. Technician was there 20 mins. I don't know what the hourly rate for a plumber is but according to the bill I got it must be over $1000 an hour.

I have been meaning to right a review of this company for quite some time. My mom has used this company on 3 occasions and each time we had a good experience. They are prompt, reasonably priced and do great work. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

Called on a Tuesday at noon about my sink that wouldn't drain (despite me playing Mr Plumber to no avail). Yuri came by at 2, spent an hour or more with mechanical snake thingy and I had greatest drainage speeds I've had in years. Yuri also happily explained why an island sink always has challenges with draining (no air pipe) and I couldn't be happier with the service. I think it cost $225, not sure if that's high or not but I have a larger project that Yuri took a look at and will likely use them again assuming pricing not ridiculous.

Andre came in with the expertise which I have never seen before. He was knowledgeable of the existing setup we have. He knew the issue while right away which was frozen pipes. Yup frozen pipes in the winter. During the process he showed us cleary, the faulty areas in our furnace and plumbing system. Replacing the parts needed while defrosting our system; he simplified and explained everything to us while swiftly working efficiently. Would totally recommend this company and Andre. A+

Horrible! Initial interaction with this place resulted in them quoting me work that was 3x more expensive than another plumber. Tried a 2nd time for a much smaller problem and despite telling me that they would ""definitely"" be there and waiting all day, noone showed up. Other options available.

Having your main sewer line back up during the Thanksgiving holiday is stressful enough, but trying to get a plumber to come out and do the right thing is even worse. Can't believe some of the price quotes I received and the fact that some companies never returned my calls is insane. Finally contacted Downtown and they gave me a detail rundown of what work they would perform and a reasonable price. They showed up 10 minutes early and did exactly what they said they would do. Bottom line they were professional, showed up on time , cleaned up after themselves and performed they work which I paid for. No surprises No nonsense.
