Would give zero stars if possible - scheduled through Wilson Plumbing for a Friday. They called to reschedule for another day, after wife took off work. I called the day before to check on time and they lost the work order... we're going to call back. Never did. I called the following am and they still didn't know if they could get there - wife has now taken off second day.
Told me they could get back to me by 200pm... never did and never showed up. Done with them and all the Wilson companies!

I give them five stars from quick call back from Sean making appt for next morning.Next morning met Eric and curt came gave quote did job I would recommend price was fair and workers were great.

This company, and the staff, are terrific!! Having a septic emergency, they dispatched Curt and Ryan within an hour. Crisis averted. I had a panic attack over the septic the next day, and again, Curt and Ryan were here in under a half hour. Shawn and Eric came out on the 3rd trip to replace a cap, and they were every bit as nice and efficient as the others. Reasonably priced, friendly and they all know their stuff. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Main sewage line to street wss clogged. Called in the late afternoon, they came out early next morning. The service was done quickly and service tech's were friendly. Cost was very fair. Will be using Downs from now on.

Great, honest, stand up company. Did a full clean out for us. 45 days later we still had issues so they came out and advised us to call the county. They didn't charge us and when the county came they said we found a good company to give us the advise to call them.
