We proudly distribute Lennox products, with a focus on furnace replacement. Our maintenance schedule includes 2 visits per year, tailored to your equipment. This service is ideal for second homeowners who are away for part of the year. Our team installs new plumbing and heating systems for houses and business buildings. We specialize in installing and maintaining Mini Split AC systems for homes that do not have air ducts. We do not provide installation for sheet metal ducting systems. Since 1982, we have served the Vail Valley, meeting our customers' plumbing and heating needs. We broadened our services to include comprehensive mechanical maintenance in 2008, with technicians serving the Vail Valley, Roaring Fork Valley, and Rifle. I started plumbing in Los Angeles at 19 in 1969, finishing five years of plumbing school while working on new high-rise projects. I moved to Vail in 1980 and started my business in 1982.

Josh R.I set an appointment, coordinated with my HOA, passed out flyers to tell the neighbors that the water would be shut off, dug out the hole in the snow to get access to water shut-off, found a pet-sitter then they blew me off. Not only that but told me that I should just find someone else to do it. Not apologetic, just business as usual apparently.
Darlynne L.One heat zone would not turn off. Called Downs Mechanical in Edwards around 10am and the owner Bill was here by noon as promised. This was in January, busy season for plumbers. Bill was great, fixed the problem within an hour, including trip to supplier for part. Also, since I wanted to know, he kindly explained things to me. Asked him to put me on his list for annual maintenance. A plumber I will look forward to seeing again.
Fred K.Had a problem with garbage disposal. Thought we needed a new one. They came out on a Saturday morning, found a piece of a plastic fork stuck in the unit causing all the problem. Fixed it. Did not charge me. This guy is GREAT
