As long as Downright is in business, they are the ones I will call. It's hard to find good, honest, and fair work. But that is exactly what I got with Erik. Very polite, professional, and explained everything. I have a quadplex with 2 main sewer lines and both were backed up. I called one company and they told me I was going to have to replace the drains and it would be about $6,000 minimum and depending what they find, it could be more. I told them I needed to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did. I called Downright and Erik came out. He explained to me that he would have to clear the drain, then he could run his camera to see what the problem was. It was not an easy job, but Erik worked into the evening and cleared both drains. He ran his camera down the pipe and we did find a break that will eventually need repaired, but I was good for a couple of years, and he gave me options on what we could do. To sum it up, Erik worked hours longer than he planned, but stayed until, my tenants were able to use their water again. He was honest, polite, very professional, and only charged me a fraction of what he could of. I would highly recommend Erik, for any of your plumbing needs. 5+stars! The best! Thanks again Erik!

This is our second time calling Downright Plumbing and we couldn't be happier with the service and results!

For the past couple of years my washing machine drain periodically overflows flooding our garage floor. Since we had home insurance the first year we called them twice and all they did was give me the run around. Called Downright plumbing and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem. He immediately got to work and tore down the drywall and found 2 different leaks. He went straight to work and did a complete replacement of the old pipes. He also unclogged my garage sink and replaced it with a new one.

We absolutely recommend Downright Plumbing and won't hesitate to call them for all our plumbing needs in the future. They get it done!

Called Downright Plumbing due to a leak on my drain line coming from the kitchen sink. They were able to fit me in for service quick. When they arrived, as soon as they opened the hatch for the crawl space, they heard water and learned there was also a leak on one of my galvanized pipes with a puddle starting to build up. They were able to accommodate both repairs and in no time completed the jobs very efficiently. My wife and I are extremely happy with their service and professionalism. We will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
