Our air-conditioning went out on our business. Contacted Downey Plumbing that evening. They had someone here the next morning. They fixed it in a timely manner. Showed us the parts that needed to be replaced. The technician was very professional.

Part of the line ended up getting replaced after snaking and water jetting led us to discover the line had a big hole in it. These people came out to asses our AC, and the technician barely looked at anything, did not go in the attic where the AC machines are at, all he did was wave a meter around and straight out lied to us that the evaporating could needed to be replaced! We got another very reputable ac company out for a second opinion and the actually tested all the machines and rejuvenated the fan outside! They checked and there was no leak! DOWNEY plumbing is just another one of those dishonest companies that will charge you an arm and a leg for stuff you don't need!
