Had a great experience with Downey Plumbing yet again! They replaced my HVAC System and water heater .... and found and repaired a leak under my kitchen sink flooring. Tyler and Rodrigo spent several days on the job and were awesome. Both were professional and personable and their work was stellar. Everything that was promised was delivered...and more. I highly recommend Downey Plumbing!

Well Joe we had not returned the call, not BC we where trying to be rude, but as my husband explained he's very ill and where at the hospital. Now we can go back and forth with this but here's the thing I have way to much to be stressing about and I don't need the extra stress, specially when you feel that we should be happy that your 2nd tech came out worked upstairs and did us a favor by not charging us. The funny thing Joe is when we spoke to the tech#1 we explained upstairs was clogged and actually it was the first toilet to become clogged. Then followed by toilet #2 so had tech 1 done his job there would have not been a 2nd call. And I heard when tech 2 called tech 1 to get some type of guidance on what had the issue been and for some reason all he responded was "" ahhh alright then I guess I'll jst figure it out myself"" thanx ... So I'll leave that to the imagination. Again your way of resolving or talking about the issue turned into my co is right and customer wrong or better now I have to be grateful bc I called to get warranty work done and now I didn't get charged thanx

Anytime we have plumbing or A/C & Heater issues, we call these guys. 

   We weren't having any issues this time around, just some regular maintenance on our A/C unit.  Tyler was beyond helpful, explained everything to me, made some observations about the unit, made a suggestion that I went with, and it probably saved me $ down the road.

   We've depended on them for years and have never had any issues with them. All the guys that have come over are courteous and professional. They give a decent window, usually 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours to show. We've even had guys call to say that they were running late or on their way. 

   When working, they are always eager to show me what they are doing, why, and how often it should be done. All the guys usually don't mind answering questions about what they are doing. 

   Prices are competitive, but I've learned when it comes this type of work, you get what you pay for. And these guys know their stuff, so I don't mind paying. (They usually send coupons in the mail.)


   Next week they'll be here to descale our tankless water heater. I almost look forward to them coming out again. LOL.

Tyler @ Downey Plumbing he has a very nice & welcoming approach in his appearance. Is has a dedication & pride in his work. Especially with Tankless water heaters. Communication is gold with him. Very dependable & just one worker out of the many greats there to have on call for service. Couldn't be happier with their service. Called in the morning for an appointment, they had someone here to check out our tankless water heater in the afternoon. The next day we have a new tankless water heater installed. Tyler was professional, and during this Covid time, wore a mask. Tyler was very clear explaining what was wrong, and our options. He called to let us know he was on his way. He took the time to go through the process to maintain our new system. We felt confident in his assessment and suggestions throughout the process. Very happy with the service he provided.

The first time i called was on Monday, i had no gas it was turned off due to a leakage. I called this business and job was approved but not they couldn't come until Thursday ! That was disappointing. But when the guys came they are so calm and explain everything. They keep you posted on everything they do and you can even track arrival. So Tomas showed up with his partner Marcos. Both we're really nice and very professional. And the work came out great! Worth the wait! Thank you.

Total rip off. I called because I wanted to support my city of local businesses They came out. Stayed 5 mins and wanted to charge me $450 to replace a faucet Horrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone
