Needed a sewer line cable and scope for a home sale. First company did both, and did a horrible job. Didn't even get the root ball out of the line. And yet somehow decided that we needed $11,000 worth of repairs to the connection to the city main. Thank goodness we got a second opinion from someone who only does the scope and has no skin in the game for the repairs. Ian worked with us to quickly and efficiently not only recommend a great guy to re-cable, but then he scoped the line and determined there were no issues, at all. OMG Ian is amazing. He was referred by my home inspector to do a sewer scope in our new home--the builder did not connect the waste drain.
