I needed a visual of my plumbing pipes that were just installed but were holding water. Ian answered the phone when I called and he got me on the schedule. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. I am so thankful I did this so that I could know what the problem with the pipes are and can now get them replaced because they were installed incorrectly at the wrong pitch. He emailed me the video of all my pipes that he scoped so that I could download and keep the recordings. I will always use this company when I need to know what's going on with pipes and I would highly recommend everyone do this when they're buying a house or even on new home construction, for peace of mind knowing what's going on with the pipes underground. Ian is fantastic! He is flexible, friendly, efficient, and shares all of his info (including a file of the video he takes) immediately. He's done two sewer scope videos for us, as we need regular maintenance for root build-up. He gives us straight-forward timelines for any work that needs done, and he's made us feel confident we can manage the roots and keep our sewer system working well, despite the fact that part of our system still consists of clay pipe. Highly recommend if you need a sewer scope, or a sewer inspection for a house you're buying.
