After paying 600 to have a bathroom countertop installed I am left with a huge whole in my wall. The old backsplash was glued on and they destroyed the wall taking it off. The new backsplash has nothing to glue to so it can't be installed and there is a gaping hole. And they told me it would cost 400 to fix. Do not use them.!!!!!!!@

I met Richard the Owner of Dowdy Plumbing Corporation at church. I told him that I had heard good things about his service staff and I would like to use his services to replumb my kitchen sink and disposal. Mr. Dowdy gave me his scheduling staff person's number and I called the following Monday morning. I was able to get an appointment on a morning that was good for me. Neil, a handsome and polite young man, made the appointment time a few minutes early. I showed him my issues and it took him all of 45 minutes to complete the job. My sink and disposal have new plumbing and are working wonderfully. The pricing was very affordable. I have added Dowdy Plumbing to my 'keeper' list should I have future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had Massy (or Massey) from Dowdy Plumbing here last week to install two toilets, and replace 3 faucets (kitchen sink and two vanity faucets.) He was on time, friendly, quiet, and left the work places spotlessly clean. The work was done professionally, and the rates (contracted through Lowe's) were very reasonable. I'm new to Panama City Beach, Florida, but I've now discovered a reliable plumber in the area that I'm sure I'll use again. Terrific job. A+

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. The plumber removed the power disconnect box and compromised the integrity of the electrical system in my home because the water heater they ordered (after coming out and measuring) was not the right fit. My water heater is located in open view inside of my home next to the kitchen and is now having to sit up on cinder blocks looking like complete trash just so the heater can fit the piping and electrical work they messed up. When I spoke with a lady at the office, she laughed at me over the phone when I was explaining my displeasure. I implore everyone...PLEASE DO NOT USE this company, they are dangerous in their work, doing things they are NOT LICENSED to do. I am also reporting them to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
