We have had Dove Plumbing out for a few projects. Todays was the largest so far. Replace 2 Lavatory sinks, faucets and drains. Also replace and install kitchen sink, faucet, drinking water filter and faucet, and drains. Parts and labor was under what we expected to pay and as usual the quality of the work was outstanding. Jason has done most of the work we have had done and I would recommend Dove to anyone needing plumbing work. I can not praise them enough.

Firstly, despite many communications between our general contractor and Dove, nothing got done -correctly. There's plenty of blame to go around...but the gist is, Dove is apparently unable to correct the mistakes they made on a simple bathroom plumbing job! I've never experienced a more unprofessional or unskilled plumbing company!

Service Tech arrived to replace kitchen faucet and disposal. He went right to work and as I watched I realized that he knew what he was doing. He was professional and very personable. Cleaned everything up when finished and did a great job. Dove was very reasonably priced and I will recommend them to family and friends!

We were given Dove Plumbing's info from a neighbor, after arriving home and finding we had two phantom flushers in our bathrooms again. We have had this problem worked on a couple of times already, to no avail. Lucas, who it turns out is the son of the gentleman who started Dove Plumbing (I think he started it, or is the Owner) came out and what a knowledgeable man he was. Lucas was super friendly, helpful and explained the reason we kept having recurring issues was because the parts that had been replaced in our tanks, were not actually compatible with the rest of the 'guts'. Turns out that if you have a Kohler system, you need to stick with Kohler parts. Who knew? I guess that's why professionals are needed. ;) The best part of all was that Lucas was super fair with the pricing. He was in line or lower than the other folks we got quotes from and when he arrived and explained about the parts, (I want to make it clear, he didn't try to up sell us) but when we asked about replacing a couple of additional parts he just charged an additional $10-$15. He also explained that now that we had all of the correct parts, our commodes would function as originally designed, which was as water savers! Can't beat that. Thanks Lucas and Dove Plumbing, we know who we will be contacting in the future.
