Doval Plumbing provides a scope of work and then a total amount.
DOES NOT Itemize the cost of the work so they can charge more and fake people out.
Unless you're going to questions every bit of their work and make sure they don't over-charge you.
Get a second opinion.
Don't allow them to open a Permit prematurely.
If you don't speak English - don't hire them - rip-off alert.

I rarely write reviews on businesses, but in this instance I felt compelled to alert other potential customers. I contacted Doval plumbing for a simple radiator installation since the superintendent told me that have already done work in the building at 510 Amsterdam Ave. It took three phone calls for them to call me back and two more to get a repairman over for the installation. Three months later the new radiator is leaking! Four phone calls later a repairman finally comes and states he needs a part and will call and come back. No call. I phoned three more times and spoke to Ryan who said he will call me back. No call. I called Ryan again and was told that the pipes in the basement are back pitched and that is why my radiator is leaking(?) I asked why the associate stated he needed a new part, and he said the associate was misunderstood. I expressed to Ryan the perception of someone was being less than truthful with me. So now I have a new radiator which I paid to have installed, which is leaking and the plumber says its not his problem after he has been paid. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!!
