What a great company. They were very responsive via text. They came on short notice, gave a really fair price and came back free of charge to correct their original work. They installed a new sink in my bathroom and the water pressure began to just be a drizzle 3 days after the install. Everything is in great condition now. They were also good about covid protocol - the technician wore booties and a mask and washed hands before and after working. Highly recommend.

They showed up as a property manager I asked them could they identify the problem . Th service tech said it looks like it's an issue with the street Line. Which was obvious at that point because the street had started to sink. I stated ok I will call 311
Then I get a call from the office asking whether I want to treat the drain anyway . I said no it looks like it's a city problem . Guy in the office says well I will have to bill you for the service call. $ 210.00. I stated you did not do anything . He is now calling every other day

Never use these people lack of knowledge no business acumen .I will never ever call them. Call anyone else.

I would give Dov more stars if I could. Dov delivered the best customer experience I've ever had with a skilled tradesman in NYC.

He was very prompt in his response and was able to come out same day.

He did a great job of explaining what his process was going to be, and making sure I understood it and was aligned prior to diving in. He also did a great job of updating us as he learned more, and explained what possible solutions could be.

The job ended up being more complex than anticipated, but Dov brought me along at every step, even showing me video of exactly where the problem was coming from. He was able to fix it in the same day.

Dov arrived at the house at 1:51pm and was done with the job by 3:42pm. He did a simple shower body replacement. He is actually the only repair/service person I allow in my home when I'm not there. Very trustworthy, professional, knowledgable and fair. We have been in touch for a year now as I've had a few issues with my shower. He always makes sure to clean up after he leaves too. Highly recommend.
