Horrrible company!!! So rude! One of the employees didn't have a full mask on and I asked him to wear one. Then the other employee/ owner told me why did he need one on?! Hoooooorible!!!! Then I asked him to reschedule if this was an issue then he said ""I don't care"" and walked out! Who comes to someone's home with such disrespect.

We own a second house in Umatilla and had a heck of a time getting a plumber who actually wanted to work and not just make the big bucks by replacing our septic tank . They were just a bunch of rip off plumbers with no customer service and a rude attitude seems to be the norm in Umatilla County ! Doug's septic actually fixed our septic without replacing it for the fraction of the cost with respectful friendly service ! I highly recommend them don't get ripped off by the others save money and use DOUGS SEPTIC SERVICE a breath of fresh air !

They were able to run a camera into our drain pipe and showed us on a video screen where our problem was being caused. Much better than digging it up to find out the exact problem. Thanks again!

Doug arrived on time. He performed a thorough video inspection and answered our questions. He also allowed us to use our own flash drive to record the video, which saved money. He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in an hour. Doug took several phone calls during the inspection, but did not charge us for that time. He told us that he had been to our house before we owned it, and told us about its past issues. Overall, his service seemed like a pretty good deal at $195.
