I called in the morning and Nick was at my house at 2 PM. I had a leak in the water line running to my refrigerator, he had to go into my spider infested crawl space to turn off the water main. The repair was completed and everything was put back in place. From the pleasant young lady that I spoke with in the morning, to the prompt, professional, and reasonably priced service, I couldn't be more pleased with this company.

2 guys showed to fix plumbing. They were very slow and charged by the hour, over one hundred dollars per man. One man just handed the other man tools and supplies. One hundred plus dollars for a tool caddy was ridiculous. Fixed a couple things and when I received the bill in the mail, the invoice was written to say they fixed a ""bunch"" of things. Charged 4 times as much as any other local company. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We moved into our current home 11 years ago. We had never had hot water heat. Our 2nd floor was getting cold. Doug's came. They showed my husband how to bleed the aur iut if the lines. They may be a little more expensive than other places, but we've found them to be fair and honest. When we remodeled the upstairs bath I said I wanted a tankless water heater up there. Jason asked me why. I said because it takes so long for hot water to get up there. He suggested a much cheaper option. We have hot water in 20 seconds. Doug's gets all our plumbing business.

I called on Tuesday Morning and set up an appointment for Friday Afternoon between 12 and 3 to fix my AC.

John called at 1:30 to let me know he was on his way, and by 2:00 he had my AC working.

They violated the appliance repair act by overcharging, not returning items, etc. The owner was extremely unprofessional, unwilling to discuss resolving the issues, causing us to have to take them to small claims court to be made whole. I strongly do NOT recommend.

Called them to fix a leaky tub faucet. Plumber was here for a while, but couldn't fix it. Still charged me over a hundred dollars. Faucet still leaks.

We had an emergency plumbing problem late on a Sunday evening. We were able to turn off our water at the meter but it still had a slow leak. Early, Monday morning we called Doug's Plumbing and they were interested in helping fix our problem but had so many calls to attend to that day. We made calls to other companies and had the same response but in less than an hour, Doug's Plumbing called back and Jeff was on his way. We call that great care and we got great service as a bonus. We would recommend Doug's Plumbing to everyone!
