They came two days after we called to replace our water heater. Did a good job at a reasonable price - we got a tankless water heater for less than a tank! We did have an adjustment that needed to be done and Tom came the next day to make the adjustment. Pleased with Tom's work and cleanup. Would recommend them.

He was here less than 2 hours and all we needed was a new faucet which he ran to Lowe's to get without giving us a receipt with an item number in case we wanted to""matching bathroom faucets""
Come to find out all that was needed was a new faucet that didn't leak and the bill over 500.00 a little high for no actual drainage issues

The plumber came in and put forth a minimal effort and told me that I was going to have to replace the pipes, which I will eventually have to do and it will cost me $1000+. But he charged me $125 to do what he did which got no results.
I had another plumber come in who put forth the necessary effort to get my drain cleared and it only cost me a couple hundred dollars.
Thanks, Doug's for making me spend $125 more than I needed to.

PVC plumbing connection to the drain in my kitchen sink came undone and I had water draining into the cabinet. I reached out to Yelp for plumbers in my area and Dougs Home Repair and Remodeling was the first to respond, and gave me an estimated time when he could be here. He arrived as stated, did the repair, and charged me the minimum for his service. I couldn't be more pleased to have a functioning kitchen again.

I am very pleased with the work done by Doug and his crew. I needed repair to the subfloor around a leaky toilet and needed new flooring on top of it and covering most of the master bathroom. The job was done quickly and professionally with excellent communication. Thank you Doug!

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

Great service-- we had a serious problem. A water pipe burst on Christmas Eve and it meant that 2 little girls were going to have to go without their Christmas and without water until a plumber could be found. Most everyone was closed and would not get back to me until after the weekend, yet Doug answered his phone immediately and was there to help within an hour! He fixed the problem and while he was there 2 more pipes burst which he fixed also. His pricing was reasonable and so was his work. I had used his service years ago and was very well pleased then also. Doug took care of our needs and let us know that if there were any other problems, just to call him and he would be there to assist. Could not ask for better professional work! without Doug's help, there would not have been a Merry Christmas. He saved the day!
