I had a small job (disconnect/cap a water line) that I needed done. I knew that it wasn't going to be a big job so I didn't want to call one of the big commercial plumbing companies who would have charged me a huge dispatch fee just to show up. A neighbor recommended Douglas, so I wrote him an email (on Christmas Day) - he contacted me within an hour or two, and was able to come out and do the job the next day. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.
