Have used Douglas a couple of times. This time my hot water heater leaked, needed to be replaced. Doug called first thing in the morning, returning my call, had a couple guys here within the hour, supplier met them here with the new unit, to replace the one they had already removed while new one was being delivered. Done in no time. Very fair pricing!

First time I used them was for a clog in the main drain. Worker was very thorough. Highly recommend!

The company is focused on charging hour fees. They do not care about actual job being completed. They start charging you as soon they finished previous job. So in my case i got 1 hour travel fee even my house is 10 min away from company's address. They also trying to do unnecessary tasks to prolong the time. I was told my kitchen garbage disposal needs to be removed for better access, but in fact all that needed was to unscrew one little piece on the faucet itself. My second faucet wasn't even addressed since they did not know how to do it. The company's owner is not supporting his workers, refused to be responsible for the job. Only was focused on hourly charge

Doug should get 5 stars for just returning a phone call. That's half the battle and I was very pleased. I called Scott Sullivan first, only because I know his father and Scott has done work at my house before. But it's been, three weeks or so since I called Scott and left a vmail and I'm still waiting for a returned phone call. Douglas Plumbing responded to my vmail within hours. The next day, they came over to assess the job. They agreed to do the job, gave me a ball park price (which ended up to be very close) and showed up the next Monday. The job was completed in three hours and my family and house are back to normal. I'm very impressed with their promptness to my phone call, and I will definitely call Doug again.

I'm not sure how this business could have no ratings yet!! They are AMAZING!! I moved into a new home this week. Two days before I moved the central air conked out. Temperatures today are supposed to reach 100 degrees so for obvious reasons I was panicked! The company I normally deal with told me it could take 2 to 5 weeks to get new air-conditioning. Obviously this was not acceptable. Douglas plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I called them Wednesday morning, the day of my move. Tim, a masterful technician who always is smiling and laughing, was at my house within a half an hour. And then a half an hour after that Doug called with a quote. The next day, through torrential rain, lightning, and thunder, Tim and Dylan (his apprentice) were outside beginning the installation. I could not believe it! By 3 PM I was in business with central air again. These guys literally saved my life! Cannot say enough good about them!
