It is truly a rare pleasure to work with a business owner like Doug.
Based on the inspection of one of our properties in escrow, we needed some plumbing work to be completed in a very short time frame. On a recommendation from a property manager, we called Doug, and even with a very short notice, Doug was on premises (literally the next morning) and completed repairs & upgrades by mid day. While performing the needed repairs, Doug noted a couple of other potential plumbing issues which were overlooked during the prior inspection, and after Doug brought these to our attention we agreed and the additional upgrades/repairs were made...at no additional charge!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! What a scam artist. Doug was to do some plumbing and fix two toilets that was suppose to take him 2 days. It is now 4 days later and he is a NO SHOW to finish up. On Monday he was supposed to be here at 9AM...did not show up until 2PM. Tuesday had to leave and get a part at his house...returned about 4 hours later. Wednesday he was supposed to be here to finish up...told he would be here around Noon...didn't show up until 4:30PM. Thursday he was supposed to be here at 1PM...NOW SHOW. I reported him to the contractor's board. He now has $500 of ours...and we have 2 toilets that are inoperable. What a great businessman you are Doug...NOT. You should be ashamed of your work ethic. I hope you get what you deserve from the contractor's board...hope they pull your license so you don't do this to other nice people in your community. Maybe you can spend some time teaching yourself how to read a clock.

I have had two back to back plumbing disasters with my 60 year old home but I am now up to date with all my drainage and gas lines !! So happy with the workmanship and reasonable costs. Thanks Doug. Called for a quote to have a gas line installed and made an appointment with Doug for the following day at 9am. At 11am after Doug no showed, I texted him and he said he would call me right back. Of course, no call. If you like to take off work or make arrangements to meet a plumber and like wasting your morning on a no show, Doug is your guy. If not, STAY AWAY!

I called this company yesterday morning. The guy answering the phone told me he could not make it to Descanso yesterday, but tomorrow noon he would go. I wanted to give him my address but he said,just text it to me and I will be there tomorrow. Didnt show up at all. I understand Descanso is kind of remote but he could have told me they dont service the area. Just wasted time. PRETTY RUDE.
