Can't speak for their work since they met did anything but charged me for talking!!!! So I would never post a negative review unless I thought it was justified and have given the company ample time to try and rectify the issue as I did with Orr Plumbing to little satisfaction. This company was recommended to me as a trustworthy and reputable company but that is not what I experienced. My tenant called me and advised me there was no hot water in the unit and I called Orr to go out and see what the issue was. I also requested the plumber not to do any work until I spoke with the plumber and they confirmed they would do so but needed a credit card on file. Orr sent a plumber out and they did absolutely nothing since the water was turned off and they could do anything. But yet they charged me for 2.5 hours at $150 and additional for materials that no one knows what they were used for. When I tried to call the office and question the charges I was advised the manger would call me back and it took almost two weeks for a call back. Understand I had never received an invoice or explanation of the fraudulent charges until I finally spoke to the manager. When I finally received a call back and was told by Eddie the service manager that too bad nothing was done there GPS showed the plumber there and I was going to be charged and all he would do would credit $75. So just be aware of this company and their over charging practices. If you're there and watching them and their work then good for you but I wouldn't use them ever again.

Used Douglas Orr plumbing by way of Home Depot for water heater replacement in a condo. Mary Jo at the Douglas Orr Home Depot desk was great. Responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous - starting with the positive. The technician was on time, friendly, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Before he finished, he asked wether i had a """"good AC guy"""". When i inquired why, he said he disconnected my AC hose but couldn't reconnect it. Said it was rusted. My AC is 3years new. So I had hot water but no AC . Useless in Miami at this time of year. 1day and $225 later AC Hose was replaced only to come home to a leak and an overflowing drain pan. The tech did not cap the hose that was running into the drain line which was shared with the AC. When I called him, he asked if my AC guys were still there. It was insulting. Then he said he """"didn't know they were sharing a line"""". Who's the plumber ....? Once again, Mary Jo sent someone immediately to cap the hose which fixed the issue. It cost more money, time and frustration at the end. Why is it so hard to find people who take pride in what they do and have respect for your $$$? I sent the invoice for my AC Hose and a message to MaryJo hoping to possibly recoup that unnecessary cost. Wish me luck. It's unfortunate that this is common practice in Miami. Everyone wants to charge you big $$$ but skimp on the quality and blame COVID...

Pay them $200 to come out and check my water heater, which is broken and they can't even provide me an estimate quote to fix within 48hrs. It's now 72hrs later and still waiting for it. On hold with them multiple times to follow up with no avail. Customer service rep Mary Jo Trible is the ugliest person I have spoken with on the phone. Not friendly, not accountable, not reliable.

I was looking for a well established plumbing company to service my home in Pinecrest. This company met the criteria that I desired. I then arranged for a time for one of their plumbers to come out. They sent a man named Louis, who has over 30 years experience. I am thankful that he pointed out to me that our shut off valves below the faucet that he was working on had frozen up in time due to calcification. He then replaced them very quickly since he had such parts in his truck. Unfortunately, our faucet which needed it's cartridges replaced (for which I had the parts) could not be taken apart due to many years of calcification. He nicely pointed out that extra pressure could cause our marble vanity countertop to crack. The only solution would have been to cut out the faucet and replace it with a new one. I held off on doing this perhaps for another day. However, Louis did his job in a very professional manner, and I would not hesitate to ask for him when I call this company next time around.

I wanted to let you know what a valuable employee you have representing your company. Nathan came to my home for a """"Home Depot"""" project that we had planned for quite some time. He was beyond exceptional. His attitude, his expertise, and most importantly just being an awesome human being! I am sure I am not the first person to write a comment about him, and I'm sure I won't be the last. You are very lucky to have someone like that representing your business. First time using Douglas Orr plumbing, I called late in the afternoon for a non-emergency and I was able to get a next day appointment. Service was prompt and efficient. Rene was really polite and thorough, he had everything needed for the service on site and was able to resolve my issues. Thank you!

I want to give a shout out to two of your experienced and hard working plumbers. Ricky Day and Jesus Rosario were asked to find a leak in my laundry room inside my apartment unit. Originally, the maintenance personnel in my building tried but were unable to find the issue. They gave up and called in the professionals at Douglas Orr Plumbing. Ricky and Jesus were knowledgeable and worked until they found the problem. It was a very tricky situation, but their plumbing expertise and perseverance are the reasons they found the leak. I truly appreciate their help during a very stressful day!

I don't what this business is . But I did buy anything and was charged 98.93. I a old lady I live on 1.000.00 a month. I count my penny.. and I was charge 98.93 came out of my account. These people have stolen form a old lady. Then you call and guy said he can't hear me and I can't understand him.. A BIG REPOFF..
