Called afterhours, Sunday, and followed prompts for emergency and left a message, was quickly called back and the person gave me good information and quote, I agreed and she put me in the queue, two or three were ahead of me so took about 4-5 hours, Ryan called on his way and again when he got there. He explained all my options and we agreed on what work to do for now to stop the leak. Took about an hour and cost was very reasonable considering work on Sunday. My second time using Douglas Orr and will use again for sure. I highly recommend them.

I've used Douglas Orr Plumbing several times in the past. I've been a resident in Miami Springs for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. Ryan arrived on time and after a couple of necessary adjustments regarding the new equipment - all good and working fine. Set up an appointment with the Home Depot to have a tankless water heater install. The Home Depot assigned D/O as the vendor for my project. The Home Depot instructed me to contact the vendor for faster service. I waited till the next morning to be contacted. They called and sent an email early in the morning. I tried to call them but the calls go to voicemail. I replied to the email and was quoted for an electric tankless water heater. I explained that I have a gas water heater. She replied that she didn't know much about gas tankless water heaters but gave me a price range of between $2000 and $3000 for the job. She said her estimator would have to come out to give me a better quote. I agreed and was told the estimator would call me in the morning. 2 days have past without any contact from this company. All communication is documented and by email. I will be making a formal complaint with Home Depot corporate as well and will attempt to make the owners of Douglass Orr pluming aware of this.

Very well respected plumbing company. Pre-visit communications and assessment visit of unusual installation were excellent. Phone only rings one time then a person answers! Two-man crew came on time. Very good installation; very clean web site. Fair pricing.

Great service today to install toilets and fix shower valve. Service Tech Jonny gave me a quick call this morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived as expected. My work was done on time, affordably, and for good! Particular shout-outs to Mr. Bravo for his peerless skill in capably resolving my recent myriad plumbing problems in what seemed like no time at all, and, in past experience, to Mr. Mascaro for his knowledgeable consultation with complicated plumbing issues.

Wanted to thank Orr Plumbing for the excellent customer service that they have been providing me since 2016, old house and recent home. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have always exceeded my expectations and are quick and efficient. Not once have they gone past an hour and the price provided over the phone is always what I am billed after the job is done. Great job. Had them come out to change the fill valve today, 06/24/2020, on one of my toilets. It was fixed without issue and the tech pointed out that the water supply tube was not up to code. Had him change the supply tube of all three bathrooms. Total work time was under an hour. I was billed what I was quoted plus the supply tubes. Excellent job. All CDC guidelines were followed!

Had a major leak in my home, which time was of the essence. Douglas Orr had a plumber at my home soon after placing my call. The plumber was clean and very detailed as to how this issue needed to be resolved. I highly recommend!
