Never seen or hurd from him again. 30 plus calls to him the Ownet Doug Parks. 10 Texts, 29 calls to his office.
I just fired him.
Don't waste your time.

We were concerned when our insurance assigned our water heater replacement with Doug because of the poor reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. Stephanie was prompt to respond. Doug worked with the insurance to get the job done promptly before Memorial Day Weekend. We have hot water and are grateful to Doug Parks.

The service request was through my home warranty, AHS. A contractor showed up a week after the request was filed. They inspected the leak and temperature regulator on a shower head. He took pictures and was going to come back with the parts, etc. it's been over 6 weeks and running and not an update from the contractor. I called Doug Parks as well as AHS and getting the run around at this point.

Due to the bad reviews I was worried about getting a quick response and reliable repair for my water heater but this company responded quickly after my home warranty company contacted them on a Friday morning. I was told that Doug could come by the very next day to troubleshoot. Stephanie then called me later and said that Doug could make it to my house that same evening. I was ecstatic because I had been out of hot water for 8 days already due to a fiasco with the original company AHS used, City Plumbing. Zero stars for them. Doug diagnosed the problem and got the repair approved and ordered the part. Being the weekend didn't help time-wise for getting the part but Doug's son, Robert, had my water heater up and running 3 days later. I will definitely call Doug Parks & Son for other plumbing needs. Great people!

Does not show up as scheduled. does not call to reschedule. doesn't return calls not texts messages. his office is just as bad. I would definitely not recommend if services are needed!!

If i could zero stats home warrenty contactedted this plumber for a water heater issue and on two different occasion we were told we would get a call for appointments, doug never called even though we had two different appointment times. We were told he had a bigger job going on... Poor communication, which im sure is a reflection on the work quality...would not recommend. Dont book appointments with customers if you cant keep comnicate properly.

Doug Parks and Sons Plumbing is a terrible business. They are unprofessional and their work is below standard, they don't answer their phone, they were a no show when called back to fix the mess they made with my toilets. I had to call AHS daily before they would reassign the plumbing issues to another contractor.

Doug was very professional, punctual, and kind. I explained the situation I was experiencing and he came prepared. They have the best prices in town and the highest quality. I would highly recommend Doug.

I do not find this plumber professional at all. Our home warranty has him as a vendor and he has missed all 5 appointments... yes 5!!! Good Lord! He answers the phone( not professionally either, just like it's his personal phone with just a ""hello"" and he is just so lethargic in the way he speaks) and says he will show up the same day and he doesn't show up. I've received violations from the city because he keeps saying he is coming and my home warranty company doesn't want to reassign the case to someone new. Well today, I'm escalating this with the warranty company to remove him from their vendor list because nobody should have to go through what we're going through. Run away... run far away from this individual. If he does this to customers, you can imagine what his workmanship is like.
