Doug Dester just did some plumbing work at our house.We live in El Segundo and I was was referred to him from a Church that I am involved with. They just loved him. And I now know why. Doug is reliable , on time and does fantastic work.Very nice guy and really felt comfortable with him in my house. Very honest, and down to earth and a great plumber. I have no problem referring him to others. If you have any plumbing issues, please give Doug a call. I couldn't be happier with his services. We highly recommend Doug Dester!! It was Thanksgiving and our bathroom flooded. We called a few plumbers and they were not available. We called Doug who was referred through a close friend and he came out in a hour and fixed our problem. He was so reasonable in price and so nice. During a recent major remodel of our Torrance home our contractor informed us that the 40 year old copper plumbing was corroded beyond repair, leaking in numerous places and was in major need of a complete repiping. Doug's company was highly recommended to us by a close friend as one that did excellent work and had the skills and capabilities to handle a major full house repiping job (three bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen). Additionally, his pricing was very fair when compared to going market rates. His team did an outstanding job on both the copper points of use as well as the PEX tubing transmission lines throughout the house. He guaranteed his price and stuck to it even though there were several issues and improvements that came up along the way. His team took their time and ""did it right the first time"". A thorough pressure testing of the entire system confirmed the quality workmanship that went into the job. All in all, we were delighted with the experience.
