Doug Dester is the best! We've been through several plumbers over the years, never finding a company we really liked. Until now. We had Doug's team out for a maintenance-cleaning: all drains in the house, and the mainline from the back of the house to the street. Already had a couple other estimates, and chose Doug. His final price was unfairly low; I gave a significant tip to each of the workers, and the company.

The preschool at our church had 2 stopped up sinks and a clogged toilet. Doug squeezed us in the same day I called because he was leaving the next day on vacation. Doug is the epitome of professional, trustworthy, capable and affordable. I have also had him install a hot water heater and within 24 hours of the call, the water heater was installed and working. We highly recommend Doug Dester!! It was Thanksgiving and our bathroom flooded. We called a few plumbers and they were not available. We called Doug who was referred through a close friend and he came out in a hour and fixed our problem. He was so reasonable in price and so nice. Need a great plumber? Look no further. Doug Dester is knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and honest. He will do whatever it takes to get the job done, and get it done properly. He is also a genuinely nice and respectful person. I am totally comfortable having him in my home.

During a recent major remodel of our Torrance home our contractor informed us that the 40 year old copper plumbing was corroded beyond repair, leaking in numerous places and was in major need of a complete repiping. Doug's company was highly recommended to us by a close friend as one that did excellent work and had the skills and capabilities to handle a major full house repiping job (three bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen). Additionally, his pricing was very fair when compared to going market rates. His team did an outstanding job on both the copper points of use as well as the PEX tubing transmission lines throughout the house. He guaranteed his price and stuck to it even though there were several issues and improvements that came up along the way. His team took their time and ""did it right the first time"". A thorough pressure testing of the entire system confirmed the quality workmanship that went into the job. All in all, we were delighted with the experience.
