Doug was excellent to work with! He was prompt with scheduling, and made things clear about the plumbing repair as it progressed. We ended up having a difficult repair, and he worked quickly to get the job done. One of the workers tracked something onto the carpet, and Doug went out of his way to get it cleaned up - there was no trace left. And the bathroom was left in great condition as well, no plumbing/construction mess to clean up afterward.

We had to have a toilet removed and put back in after getting the floors done, a simple enough job but I worried that if it didn't get done on time then it would delay the floor guys. On Thanksgiving holiday weekend, as my 18+ years old water heater leaked at very bad timing and basement was flooded with water. Need replacement immediate. So on Sunday evening I called and talk with Doug Anderson.

Per instruction I closed the gas line and water supply to heater. I was able to send pictures of the old HW heater with model number to identify correct height and water capacity of new HW tank and after a few pertinent questions was able to schedule the replacement next morning at 7:30 AM. Doug came on time with new HW heater, he was very, polite and professional with good communication throughout the replacement project. In two hours job was completed and I have Hot water to shower. The quality of the job was fantastic and takes away the old water heater and left everything in very neat and clean condition.

If I could give on more than 5 stars I would.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Doug and his team. We thought our fridge was leaking, but after the appliance repair guy confirmed it was a plumbing issue, I called a company we had used in the past. They couldn't come out for ten days! I called Doug and he personally answered the phone; he asked me to send him a picture of the leak, then he called me back and had someone at my house right away. From the time we hung up the phone to the time I was writing a (very reasonable) check to his polite and professional plumber (I believe his name is Robert), was just one hour. Fast, friendly, reliable, professional; we will be using this company again in the future. We really appreciate the prompt and excellent service!

Had a broken valve in the shower. The technician arrived in the window he said he would. Walked me through the whole process after he figured out what was wrong, really well. He had to go out to buy the part, came back very quickly. Charged a reasonable amount for being here almost 2 hours. I am very happy with the service, will definitely use them again!

I have nothing but good things to say about Doug. Let me start by saying that I really appreciated that when I called him, he asked a lot of questions. He gave me great advice and a very reasonable quote of what the cost would be. His rates are very reasonable. He works efficiently and does great work. He is very knowledgeable and is up to date on building codes. He also has a great friendly personality. If I'm in trouble in the future, I'm calling Doug and I would recommend him to everybody I know.

Doug has completed two jobs for us so far. First, he fixed a leaky pipe in our shower that caused a lot of wall damage. I was getting quotes on this job that ranged from $2,000-$8,000 and included tearing out our shower. He got right to the root of the problem and fixed it for only a couple hundred dollars, no shower replacement needed.

Then he removed our vanity and replaced it. Both jobs were done well. I plan on hiring him any time I need a plumber in the future. He shows up when he says he will, he's hard working, he knows his trade. He's very friendly and has given my husband lots of good advice on our bathroom. His prices are reasonable.
