My wife took off work to meet and let them in. After 30 minutes of being late, I called and left a voicemail. No response. Waited and called three more times and no answer. Finally I sent a text asking if we coming and around 5:30pm he replied with I'm not in in hurry to do the job. Your warranty company takes to long to pay... REALLY? So my wife missed a day off work because your lazy a$$ couldn't even call us to let us know? I would rather pay double to have ANYONE ELSE but these guys.

Took a while to get in touch and then No showed 3 times. Different excuse each time. Finally had to go back to home warranty company and ask for a different plumber further delaying my issue.

I'd give no stars if I could... our house was done by him many times when we were renting it but we shortly bought it. It was a mistake after finding out the horrid work this guy did to our plumbing. He screwed up so much here we can't redo plumbing at all unless we change out the WHOLE plumbing system in this house.. not to mention before we moved in a pipe busted and he left a HUGE mess for everyone else to clean up and deal with... thanks for soldering EVERYTHING you do so we get screwed with having to redo your horrible work!!!!

P.S he's when soldering, he burned holes in our bathtub and managed to burn our rug because he's careless of his actions... and never did anything about after our renter services supposedly let him know about it.
