I was a little skeptical using Yelp to hire a plumber but once again, Yelp came through for us ! Not only was Rob very responsive, he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and a nice person to deal with. This was his second visit to our home. The first time he helped us with our ice machine that caused a flood all over our kitchen. He found the issue right away and made the repair. The second time he came, he helped us change the filters on our RO system. It's now running like a dream! His pricing is fair, and he's an all-around nice guy. Robert was fantastic. My sump pump needed to be replaced ASAP. With all the rain we've been having, it was an urgent matter. I reached out late at night and he replied back within 10 minutes, asked for additional details, then provided a quote. He was available for an early morning appointment and showed up with my replacement sump pump before 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Robert installed the new pump and even made adjustments to my battery backup pump. He was courteous and professional, and his work was excellent.
