They send experienced Journeyman Plumbers backed up by pix and cell to a Master Plumber. JACOB was friendly, and glad to show and explain what he was doing. Unfortunately, that probably took twice the time, charged at $125/hr. But when I told him Price Pfister guaranteed the valve and I wanted to wait (1 week) to get the free replacement BROOKE in the office assured me there would be no additional charge when the part arrived. She kept in touch, asking me if it had arrived. Overall, a very good experience with good people.

After several discussions I was told the project would be discounted, but I was not really sure of final costs. In discussion was told they would be there Friday, then called back and said "is Monday ok?" Well I guess. Found another plumber to fix on Saturday at Double L's discounted price. I sure learned a lot from Double L about "estimates" and "bids".

PLUMBING ROCKSTARS!!! Absolutely Amazing Service! On time, Courteous, Personable, Honest, and Efficient. These young men know their stuff. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their can do attitude and willingness to help is so refreshing in this day and age.

Technicians are always on time and call through out the service call to update on status and make sure thay are doing things the customer wants so they know the cost.

I recently contracted with Double L Plumbing to connect my house to city water. The scheduling process was very professional and the guys that came out to work on the job were knowledgeable & had excellent communication skills (they answered all of my questions). The original appointment needed to be rescheduled due to rain, however, the office promptly called to reschedule for another day. Once on-site, the crew completed the job faster than what I was originally told & didn't leave until I was satisfied that the connection was working.

I had 2 other plumbers bid on the job. Double L's pricing was in line with one of the other plumbers bid - and substantially less than the 3rd bid.

I strongly recommend their services. They are experienced, trustworthy & efficient. I will definitely hire them again.

Ronnie is the only problem with this company. He has zero communication skills. A week in a half to get me a written estimate. I had to call 3-4 times and he had an excuse every time! Ronnie can't handle the workload! Lmao

Do not expect to hear back from them if you have them come out and give you an estimate. They have been out twice to give me a price on a plumbing projects and both times we have had to call multiple times asking for the estimate. The second time I never heard back. It's been weeks. There is always an excuse why it hasn't been done.
