Our water heater wasn't working so well, so we called these guys. Derek came out (on time) and first checked the valves on the showerhead, bathtub, etc. to make sure those weren't the issue. After determining that the water heater was at fault, he explained why it made sense to replace our 16-year-old model. He got a new one hooked up and hauled away the old one. We'll call again if we need help with our plumbing.

My water heater was old and leaking and after obtaining an estimate from Derek, I agreed to have his company replace it. The crew came out, and within 90 minutes I had a new hot water tank. They were fast, efficient and polite and explained the process from beginning to end. There were no surprises with the bill and I was more than pleased with my dealings with DoubleK/7 Hills Plumbing. I plan to use them for future plumbing projects and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Called Ken in the morning, was here in early afternoon as promised. Quick diagnosis of the problem, which involved replacing a section of pipe that was leaking onto my basement ceiling tiles. He only needed to remove three tiles--I had figured eight or ten would need to be removed. Did the repair quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable rate. Minus one star for not accepting credit cards; his website says they accept Visa and Mastercard. (He acknowledged he needs to update his website.) Otherwise, he gets 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this plumber.
