I had a cut-off valve that was broken and needed to get it replaced. The Double E plumbing folks were out there that evening to take a look at it.

By the time I had gotten home to meet him there he managed to replace the handle and saved me hours of time and trouble (and not to mention $$$). He also took the time to call me later and remind me to be gentle with the handle since it could give me years of service if I was careful.

I definitely will look them up for future projects.
