Jeff is terrific and happy to work with him and his staff. We are getting a water heater moved from the attic to downstairs and he pointed out he could get us a better water Heater then walking into a box store. Its not always about price to me its about knowledge and warranty. I have all the confidence in Jeff and know he wants a satisfied customer and stands behind the work he or his staff does. Plumbing, electricians and tree trimmers are not """"cheap"""" they know how to do things we dont or do not want to do so you cant expect to pay what you would an adolescent to mow your yard...You cant go to a steak house and pay for hamburger. Get 3 bids and you learn from each in the end we learned and felt confident in our decision to chose Double Discount. He is busy for a reason despite a couple negative reviews.

The receptionist at this company needs to change jobs. She thinks a person is rude or argumentive to question their prices or to ask for a tech to return after finding a leak at my toilet, that wasn't there before. Also, where is the double discount? Maybe double priced!
