The technician did not tell me he had arrived. He just got on my roof and got into the cooler. When he came down he yelled to me that he had put the panel back on. I had to make him come closer so I could talk to him. I asked him about the rest of the job I had requested, that he check everything and make sure everything was working right. He said that was not on the ticket. I said I wanted him to make sure everything was working right. He was pissed and said Well I guess I will have to go back up there. Like I was asking something really out of line. When he came back down, he still didn't want to talk to me. I asked him if everything is working like it should and he just said yes and left. The following Saturday, the cooler was on cool but was only blowing hot air. I couldn't reach you guys, but your bill for $99 came in the mail. On it it clearly says he put the hose back on, which means it had fallen off already once. When I got my neighbor to go up on Saturday evening, he said the hose had fallen off. Why didn't your tech MAKE SURE either by clamping it or by snipping off an inch of the tubing to get a better fit, that it wouldn't fall off again? I think he did a sloppy job and I think his poor attitude and rude behavior are unprofessional and inexcusable when it is my money that is paying his wages. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Double Diamond and all about Mike, the rude technician who does sloppy work.

I have used Mel @ Double Diamond Plumbing since 1993 on small & large commercial projects and perhaps 20 times in various personal homes. If I could rate him and Mike and anyone that has helped Mel 20 stars I would. Spending several more thousand dollars this week with him. 110 % satisfied.

a friend in Arlington had a plumbing emergency and I offered to help. I checked this company out on several sites including Yelp and even bbb. but I have zero confidence in bbb.
team came out on screaming hot Texas day and expertly made repair which included digging up outside sewer line and making repair. He was extremely thorough and made sure that the pipe was properly repaired and extensively tested before taking steps to help prevent future ruptures. impressed and...that as you can read from other reviews, is a tall order for me. I'd call them back in a heartbeat for my home.
