We just moved to the community from another state and I called them to repair a heat pump under manufacturers warranty. They diclined to work on it because I didnt buy it from them. Quote ""Dean said he was not interested because we are busy servicing units we sold and installed ourselves""
I Quess they are not interested in new business. My septic tank and leach field job will go to a competitor.
