Ed responded immediately to my request for service on a Sunday evening. A drunk driver had run over my water meter and damaged a water pipe causing flooding in the street. Ed quickly dug up the dirt near the water meter and damaged pipe, did the necessary repairs and even carried rocks over from my yard to fill in the hole around the pipe to try and decrease the chances of anyone stepping on it again. He was professional and courteous throughout and gave me- a newcomer to Houston- great advice about contacting the Water Department and made it a point to document everything carefully so that I would not be overcharged by the city for the wasted water. Given the urgency and extent of the repair, his price was very reasonable. He completed the repairs quickly and went the extra mile to do the job right. I would definitely hire him again.
