My in-laws recommended Dorr Plumbing to us and I'm so glad we decided to give them our business. Such excellent customer service from the beginning! I called in at 9am and was told someone would be by that afternoon.
Jim called before he came by, and was in my driveway within minutes.

Jim was thorough, and extremely professional -- he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with his work before he left.

For any future plumbing issues we may have, we will most certainly go with them again!

Cannot recommend or will not use again. It took the plumber 7 hours to repair two small leaks. They charged $140/hour. Did not realize it would cost me a week's take home pay to fix two small leaks

Amazing service, very professional. Called Chris at 8:45 AM, he was at my house within half an hour, troubleshot my water heater and explained why it would be better to replace it. New water heater installed before noon. Very impressed with how quickly he did everything.

Chris was extremely helpful. He called in advance to let me know he was coming. He fixed the clog in my sink quickly. The receptionist told me it was $150 if he had to use the power rod. Chris did have to use the power rod but he also had to fix the pvc pipes so they wouldn't leak and patch a leak in the main line in the basement. He did all this while conscious of the time, staying under 1 hour so as not to have charge for more than one hour. Also he only charged for the power rodding - $150 even. He was also very kid and pet friendly, which means a lot to me. I confidently recommend Chris. We plan to use him when it comes time to replace the rest of our pipes.

Chris was awesome! Had a frozen water pipe. He was at my house within 30 minutes of my phone call, and quickly got on the task. He had the pipe thawed out in no time, and even took the time to put insulation around the pipe to keep it from refreezing. Very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Very reasonable rates.
