John Dormann's Custom Plumbing is the best! They do a professional job every time. They stand behind their work. All workers are well groomed, polite and friendly. John himself is a good man, wonderful neighbor and friend. We have been using Dormann's Custom Plumbing for well over 30 years now, for both our home and our rental. I referred them to my elderly widowed sister who wanted someone she could trust to come to her home to do work. She also has been very satisfied. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. From the smallest fix to a bathroom remodel, everything was done right and if any problems arose, they were taken care of!

Water heater went at a very late hour and flooded out our basement. Called Dormann's Plumbing the following morning who promptly sent 2 technicians within the hour after I called. The techs explained 3 options available on a new heater, took pictures, measurements and submitted them to Mark. Within an hour I received 3 estimates on the 3 options available via e-mail and personal phone call. With my selection made a very short time later the two techs returned and completed the necessary work. The two techs, Jordan and Doug, were professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Work area was spotless after completing the job. Very pleased with their service and both are a credit to the Dormann Plumbing Company family of techs. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

A leaking hot water heater was replaced in record time. They were professional, explained all the options and provided quotes quickly. It may have been fortuitous that the desired option was readily available, but the guys were fast, courteous and good at their job. It was done very professional, personable and at a fair price. They will always be my first call for any plumbing issue.

Dormann's was highly recommended by a co-worker. The Owner returned my call immediately after I left a message and said he would send someone out that afternoon to find a small leak in my basement pipe.

Two gentlemen appeared. They listened well, heard everything I mentioned and took it all into consideration. Like Leak Detectives, they searched high (20 minutes crawling around in my attic looking for roof leaks) and low (throughout my basement and middle floors) before cutting a hole in my basement ceiling around the leaking pipe, to see where the pipe was leading to. They looked at every possibility, found the solutions and fixed the small leak without having to cut the pipe. I was very comfortable and agreed with their diagnosis. They were amazing!

I felt the cost was within reason, the gentlemen did a great job and most of all, they had integrity. This is the type of service every single female hopes to find. I highly recommend this family owned business, they deserve a great review and I would definitely use Dormann's again!

Always call John and his team when I have an issue at home. Called today to resolve a bathtub drain issue, and John sent Dan over to fix it. The time between my call and Dan leaving my home after taking care of the problem was an hour and fifteen minutes. They are consistently dependable, fair and offer high quality results. I'd call no one else to resolve a plumbing issue at my home. Thanks John and Dan!

We used Dormann's Custom Plumbing a few times over the last couple of years, and the guys who came out always did a great job and were both friendly and professional. Additionally Dormann's Plumbing has been very good about calling back and emails. We had trouble with our insurance covering frozen burst pipes, and John Dormann was nice enough to fill out an overly detailed report, that our insurance was being weaselly about.
Out here in Jersey we have had shockingly bad experiences with other contractors like movers, painters, gas company, roofers, car mechanics, doctors and medical providers, exterminators, and in some cases we were forced to go into negotiations for compensation for scams and malpractice- typical Jersey practices. So we are really super happy and relieved, that Dormann's Custom Plumbing has been very dependable and trustworthy. Seriously these guys are good.

Out here in Jersey/Philly people don't seem to use Yelp or other reviews all that much. This plumbers would likely have a ton of 5-STAR reviews. Kinda surprised that there were zero reviews so far. We are moving back to Oregon, but I wanted to make sure to recommend these guys as we appreciate being able to have confidence in a quality service.

Finally a special thanks to Dan S.who went far above the call of duty to help break up a dog fight. Two of our dogs (both sisters) decided to go for each others throats, and Dan was quick on the draw with a water gun to douse Luna and Sable to separate the two. Dan happens to be good with dogs in fact Rex, who is normally wary of strangers starters pestering him for attention.

In conclusion my wife, and her parents, her kids, our 5 dogs (Tribble, Khan, Rex, Luna, & Sable) and myself all highly recommend Dormann's Custom Plumbing.

FYI Never met John Dormann, but talked with him over the phine, and he was very helpful.
