ZERO STARS... If you don't have the desire to take the job I'm looking to get done, AT LEAST have the decency to inform me/return my calls. They got my deposit, but WILL NOT commit to getting the job done. Excuse after excuse that the ""manager/owner"" is busy/out of the office. Not sure where all their great ratings come from, but won't be getting one from me...

If I could give them 0 star I would. We called ahead to find out what the fee would be. We were told a base of $185 for 1st 1000 galloons then .16 cents for each after. Our tank is 1200 gallons so we budgeted accordingly. When he had finished, the bill was $340! The tech broke it down: the initial fee (and since our pump was broke) they pumped an extra 50 gallons. But the kicker was the $99 EPA disposal fee - WHICH WAS NEVER QUOTED ON THE PHONE. Fast forward to talking to the office. All the lady on the phone could do was say over and over Pay your bill. She was no help and we told her so. Back to the tech: here are the options: Let us pay you what we have and bill the remainder or put it back. The President of the company decided it wasn't worth keeping us as a customer so they pumped all the shit back into the tank. Wasted time - and we would have paid. No trust in the (returning) customer. Here's to the owner for cutting off his nose to spite his face - he pays by the job, wonder if the tech will even see any money for th owner's stubbornness. No good faith business and no compassion at Christmas. I hope Santa leaves coal in your stocking!

Dooley plumbing has great customer service. They are local and family owned. They were able to replace my corroded washer hookups in a timely manner so I could get my new washer hooked up with out any issues. The technician knew what he was doing, he was efficient and friendly.

Roto Rooter came out ran a Eiel through my septic line could get the job done and charged me 763.00 and wanted to put a clean out in the yard for $6100. Had 7 hot wheels in the line plumber name Jimmy came out fixed the issue within 1 hour! These guys are great.

Dooley came out to my new home to run the camera through my sewer line. I was told by another big name provider that my line was broken in several places and was in danger of collapse. Dooley's inspection revealed there was NO BREAK at all and I had been scammed! Thanks to their honesty I am not spending $12,000 on a sewer line I don't need! I will never call another company to meet my plumbing needs... it's Dooley all the way!
