I come from a background as a second-generation construction worker and farmer's son, which has deeply influenced my career. My father managed Gressel Construction for 47 years until he faced health challenges that led to its sale. I began learning the trade at five years old, and I’ve been working with tools ever since.

I chose to create my own construction business, incorporating a unique perspective. As a 38-year-old dad of six, I have a strong passion for hard work, supporting my family, and lending a hand to others. I wanted to create a diverse business that combines all my passions into one. This venture allows me to support my family financially while also helping others in need.
