Both my husband and I left messages months apart to rod out our sewer for yearly maintenance. Never received a call back neither time. I suspect it's because last time he was here he quoted a price for cash and I wrote a check. He wasn't happy and I offered to void the check and rewrite but he declined.

We hired Don's Sewer Services due to a slowness of an outside drain pipe into the main sewer. We usually have to have someone out once a year to de-root the line. They performed the initial service, but as we discovered a few days later, they did not fully clear the line.

They claim to guarantee their work, but what they mean by this is that if you call back and tell them that you still have an issue, they will ignore you. They refused to answer calls, they refused to answer internet contact, and they refused to answer a scheduled appointment which they were supposed to call us. In short, they do not stand by their work, and if they believe they might have to come out again for the same issue, they will ignore you.

We had to hire a different contractor to clear the line a second time. It was discovered that Don's only went 40ft into the line, when there was an additional obstruction at 65ft.

Not recommended.

Had morning appointment, cleared out under sink, waited all day. No call, no show, no reply to message left. If he didn't want to find his way here he shouldn't have accepted job. Needless to say, not dependable.
