For over 10 years Paul (the owner and operator of Don's Plumbing) has provided us excellent quality and reliable service in Canyon Lake. It's not just water heater, new sink, drains, pipes. He is on time, and looks and acts sharp. His experience and knowledge is broad. He has replaced or repaired unusual items, sometimes improving over the original system. This includes an exercise pool heater and pump, and an Aquascape pond pump and its connections. Lastly, his prices are reasonable: what a breath of fresh air. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him HIGHLY over some of the big name outfits in our area. Thanks, Paul.

Never answered my request. On the customer service side, a no contact but a one star because information seemed have been sent through yelp. I didn't get any reply to my request it may be because his information has changed but unknown since I didn't get a reply.

Paul and his assistant showed up on time friendly fixed my clogged drain and added access that was capped off and put my bath room backed to working order. They didn't stop till it was open. The other plumber that America shield home warranty sent ASAP plumbing left asked them to come back to do the access and unstop the clogged line they told me they could not get back until maybe 2 weeks maybe they won't be sending anybody out of San Antonio. I had already paid 125.00 to the warranty company. Don't call ASAP plumbing or use AMerician home warranty. I know who to call if I need a plumber. Thanks Guys you were great.

I needed a water heater replaced and after a bad experience with Will Fix It I called Paul at Dons Plumbing. He was able to make it the next day. He was well prepared and had all the parts required. The swap out went quickly and everything was cleaned up and hauled off.
